What if we showed you that the current government is not lawful, is under Universal Commercial Code (UCC), and is being run like a corporation…

All politicians have sworn an oath to the commercial corporation government which is known as the defacto (corporate) government and not the lawful de jure form of government, the De Jure Republic.

All taxes are excise tax, which are for businesses only, import/export tax.  Taxes are not for individuals.  Wages are not taxable.  Blood, sweat, and equity are not taxable.  If you not a federal employee, you owe no federal tax.  Private land ownership was never to be taxable. 

 

The legislatures are OUR civil servants.  They take orders from us, We the People.  At no time are they to create and pass any laws that remove our God given rights, go against the US & NJ Constitution, and where the people have no say.  In  our republican form of government is the power in the People. Mandates are NOT LAWS. Statutes are how the government is to be governed, not the People.

 

If You Don't Know YOUR RIGHTS, You Have NONE!

 

Why do we need to assembly?

We need to assembly to:

  • Re-assemble the state and counties back to original republican form of government.
  • Bring forth the basis of the Common Law, which includes the Bill of Rights, the organic US and NJ Constitutions, the Fundamental Orders, the Declaration of Independence, and the Articles of Confederation.
  • Redress of grievances done correctly and lawfully.
  • Put the power back to We the People, as Our Founding Fathers intended.
  • We the People must have a say in how our government operates.

There is a need, duty, and an obligation to bring forth the Republic de jure government, the Lawful form of government where We the People have ALL the POWER as written and intended by our forefathers.

Trump said at his Inauguration speech that he was putting the POWER back into the People's hands. What POWER is that? 

There comes a time when the People need to throw off despotism and institute new guards for our safety and security (Law of Nations and the Declaration of Independence).

All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people, and they have the right at all times to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it..

That Right consists in the Lawful authority to alter, change or abolish ANY THING, at ANY TIME We the People deem it necessary.
